Novem Technology provides continuous coverage for our clients, which comes from teams that are locally based and from our Delivery Centers in China. These teams have distinct roles and responsibilities and enable an effective 24 hour delivery support to our clients.

The result is a platform that allows clients to successfully distribute project delivery outside the borders of their own organization. Creating a longer "work day" allows for projects to be delivered faster and allows more time for organization to focus on market responsiveness and growth. Delivery Manager:
Serves as a liaison between clients and Novem and is responsible for ensuring quality and promptness of projects
Functional Team:Provides business analyst support for projects needing business process
Service Team:Ensures high quality, professional, and individualized service after project is complete

Project Managers:Responsible for fielding resources and project scope
Development Team:Responsible for technical design and development
QA Team:Responsible for proprietary testing and defect reporting. The QA team provides quality assurance of all projects sent to the client
